You may withdraw your consent at any time through Settings in the app. Withdrawing consent for certain data (for example, KYC documents for Captains) may mean you can no longer use that part of the Platform.
5.Aadhaar and KYC Document Handling
- Aadhaar is collected from Captains solely as government-issued identity proof, as part of the onboarding KYC process.
- WorkZon does not perform Aadhaar biometric or OTP-based authentication with UIDAI, and does not claim to verify Aadhaar numbers through UIDAI's systems.
- Aadhaar images and numbers are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to authorised verification staff on a need-to-know basis.

- Service providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting providers, SMS / OTP gateways, pincode and map services, payment processors (Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase) and analytics providers, each bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
- Law enforcement and government authorities: where required by law, a valid court order or a lawful police request, including in connection with theft, fraud or other criminal investigations.
