Every home needs an electrician, a plumber or a repair expert sooner or later — and finding someone trustworthy at short notice is still harder than it should be. WorkZon was started to fix that.
We built two simple apps. The WorkZon app lets customers request a service in a few taps. The WorkZon Captain app gives skilled professionals — our Captains — a steady stream of nearby jobs without middlemen. Every Captain completes identity verification (KYC) before they can receive a single job.
WorkZon is a marketplace: we connect you with independent Captains, and the price for each job is discussed and agreed directly between the customer and the Captain. No hidden markup, no commission taken from the Captain's earnings.

Your request reaches verified, on-duty Captains within 7–8 km. The first to accept is assigned, and you see their KYC name, live selfie, rating and distance.
Call or chat with your Captain to agree the price, then follow them on a live map as they come to you.
Check the work, pay the Captain directly, confirm completion in the app and rate your experience.
Log in with OTP and receive your permanent 12-character Captain ID.
Upload your Aadhaar (front and back), take a live selfie and add your address. Verification is normally completed within 48 hours.
Add 1 to 4 categories with your years of experience. Your working location updates automatically.
With an active Pro Plan (Monthly ₹99 or Annual ₹1,099) switch On Duty and receive job requests near you. Accept the jobs you want.
You collect payment directly from the customer. WorkZon charges zero commission on your jobs.
No Captain receives a job without completed KYC. Name and photo shown to customers come from the approved KYC record.
Customers and Captains agree the price between themselves. WorkZon does not add a markup or take a cut.

KYC documents are encrypted and seen only by authorised verification staff. We never sell personal data.
